Mr. Howard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Immediately following law school, Kelvin served as the court attendant and clerk for Judge John H. England, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County of Alabama. In 2004, Kelvin successfully passed the bar, earning him the right to practice law in the Northern and Middle District of the State of Alabama.
